What are some common worries pet owners have before trusting someone with their furry friends?
Pet owners always worry about leaving their dog behind when going on holiday. I often get questions asking what would happen if their pet were to take ill and need a vet. I always reassure them that in the event of needing vet treatment, I will make sure they receive the highest level of care.
How do clients typically book your services and what's the process for payments or cancellations?
All payments are made to my Monzo business account, with sort code and account details provided upon booking. Any bookings are always made after a free meet and greet, which allows us to get to know each other and discuss your pet's needs.
Could you tell us more about how your solo dog walks, cat drop-in visits, or pet sitting services actually work?
My drop-in visits provide 30 minutes, or longer if needed, to ensure I have cleaned out litter boxes thoroughly, fed and watered your fur babies, and spent some time for a little cuddle – if they like that! I am aware some cats don't like their personal space invaded.
What makes your pet care stand out from others? What do you want pet owners to know about your commitment to their pets' well-being?
Happiness and comfort are my biggest goals in pet care. With my pet sitting service, this means any stress from kennels is no longer a worry. I will look after my clients' pets as if they are my own and always respect their personal requirements.
