Welcome to walkies and whiskers pet care with Sonia. My name is Sonia Hailes and I am the founder and owner of walkies and whiskers pet care. After doing alot of research over the past year as well as courses in animal care I gained my level 3 award in Dog walking and pet sitting. I then went on to do 1st ais in dogs and puppies also achieving a level 3. Recently I've completed my award in animal management. And my next goal is to start a canine behaviour course.
Dog walking and pet sitting is something I am truly passionate about. I live animals of all kind. I myself have 2 dogs. 3 cats and a little house rabbit. I would have more if I could. I am fully insured with Protectivity and my documents are always available to see on request along with my DBS.
I am based in North East England and I cover Rowlands Gill. Chopwell. Hamsterly. Blackhall Mill. Stanley and many surrounding areas for dog walking. I also cover the whole of the North East for pet sits.
One of my popular and favourite things is drop ins. I offer drop ins for toilet breaks and feeding and fresh water changes. This is perfect for anyone working long hours. I also offer this for cats which includes a litter tray change.

I will walk dogs from the same household at an additional charge of 5 pounds each. My meet and greet is a chance to get to know youre pooches own personal requirements.
Cat visits
Keep your feline friend happy and content with my cat visit service. I'll provide fresh food and water, clean the litter tray, and offer plenty of playtime and cuddles, ensuring your cat feels loved and cared for while you're away.
In-home pet sitting
Give your pet the ultimate comfort and security with my in-home pet sitting service. I'll stay in your home, providing round-the-clock care, following your pet's routine, and ensuring they feel safe and loved in their familiar surroundings.
